Your new bike will be custom fitted to you with our over 45 years of experience. Improperly fitting bikes are the number one reason someone does not enjoy a ride. When you purchase a new bike from FasTrack you will receive one year of adjustments as needed. In addition to this free adjustments policy, you will enjoy the sometimes comical and hectic atmosphere of the shop with it's cast of characters. Our community has grown and this is our twenty-second year at the same location in Santa Barbara. We promise you a great experience!
Fast Service & Repairs
We make it hassle-free to come in for adjustments and repairs to ensure your bike is always as enjoyable as the first ride. We have the fastest turn-around in town!
Custom Orders
Retainer fees for your custom orders are non-refundable once the order is placed.
Expert Tune Ups
Having been hired to work at the Tour de France we are "qualified not certified" Over 40 years of experience will get you on your bike with confidence. Our standard expert tune up is $150 (plus cost of parts as needed) Labor costs for installation of most parts is included in the $150. We don’t add additional labor.
Complete wash and drivetrain cleaning. Not a wipe down.
Wear and damage inspection.
Bolts checked and tightened.
Wheels trued and tensioned as needed.
Lubrication of chain, cables, shifting and brake systems.
Brake adjustment. (Brake bleed additional if needed)
Headset adjustment.
Derailleur and shifting adjustment.
Derailleur hanger adjustment.

Warranties
We are always fair. All warranties coincide with each manufacturer’s qualifications. Simply provide your original receipt if you are the original owner. Labor is not covered during warranty replacement of parts.
Returns
Bikes are not returnable. Any unused product/accessory may be returned within two weeks with proof of purchase. Clothing, socks and helmets (Bontrager helmets have a 30 days no questioned return policy) may not be returned if worn.
